We spend most of our time in the Discovery Phase. We get to know you, the key players within your business, and where you see yourself in the future. From there, we provide a range of services based on your needs. From employee compensation plans and tax strategies to pre-sale due diligence and preparing your successor, we’re not done until your plan is complete. We also employ the BEI Seven Step Exit Planning Strategy as it applies to your unique circumstances.
